BUILDING COMMITTEE
Mission Statement: Based on an assessment of needs developed by the Pastoral Council, and at the direction of the Pastor, the building committee shall oversee the planning and implementation of facility-related capital projects. “Facility-related” refers to projects associated with the Church, Rectory, Parish Center and Parish Grounds. “Capital Projects” include: New buildings, additions to existing buildings, land acquisitions, and improvements to our buildings and grounds that have a life expectancy of five of more years and cost in excess of $10,000.

| Job Description: | Work together in developing specific concepts for building our new church, working with fundraising committee to secure funds, work with finance committee to develop official numbers for operating costs and to assist the pastor in developing long range plans for “Capital Projects” on all property and buildings. |
