A MESSAGE FROM FATHER

            We welcome everyone to St. Joseph’s.  Here we seek to spread the Good News and incorporate the words of Scripture into our daily routines.  Our faith community celebrates the sacraments together while creating an atmosphere of prayerful reflection.  Our Liturgy Committee prepares the community for the celebration of the Mass, and the Music Ministry strengthens our bond in Mass through song.

We have many programs for all ages that attend to the Word.  We offer a variety of Religious Education classes for Kindergarten through 8^th grades, sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation, and a Youth Ministry program. Adults are encouraged to further their faith through one of the small faith communities. For those interested in learning about the Catholic Faith, we offer the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).

            As Christians we are all called to help others.  Here at St. Joseph’s we take the Gospel message seriously and consider our efforts on behalf of the poor. The community works through our Outreach Committee, St. Vincent de Paul, and Catholic Charities to bring relief and support to those in need. We believe in the dignity and value of all human life, and justice and rights for all people.

            We encourage everyone to contribute to the parish in their own unique way. Check the pages of this website to find information about a variety of ministries and organizations to join and events that promote our sense of community.
