ST. JOSEPH’S YOUTH MINISTRY GOALS
1. To reach out to all youth to show them the love of God, welcoming them to come and meet the person of Christ in the Church.
2. To guide youth into coming to know the person of Christ through prayer and catechesis, so the youth will come to a true conversion of heart.
3. To disciple youth into a life long relationship with Christ living accordingly to His ways through service and leadership.
HOW DO WE ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS?
Catechesis
We have bimonthly youth group meetings where we learn about our faith, develop a community, and have fun. Our middle school program is EDGE & our high school program is LIFE TEEN.

Social Events & Outings
Catholics can have fun too! We have monthly outings where any youth (grades 6th-12th) is welcomed to join us & bring a friend! We get to know each other while having a great time in the process. Please check out our YM Social Page for more information on upcoming trips.

“Future Saints” (AKA Peer Ministers): A peer minister is a youth (who has been confirmed) who is first and foremost committed to Christ and his Church. From this flows a desire to share this truth with his/her friends, family members, Church community, and all those they come into contact with. A peer minister is one who seeks to use all of his/her talents for the building up of his/her youth group, Church, and community. No peer minister is perfect, but he/she is a committed member of a team and a person who is constantly striving for holiness. Click here to go to the Future Saints Webpage.
