There is life after COVID… God is calling each of us to so much more in our family life, in our work life, in our church life, and in our community life. We are called to be Gospel people, full of joy, and prepared to share our food as well as our witness whenever someone is in need. We are a Eucharistic people, and some have been away from the table for far too long; some have been away out of fear of COVID, others because they just been separated from the Church for a number of reasons. For any number of reasons, we have been away from our church home.
How do we get back into spiritual shape? Msgr. Michael Heintz will be with us for three weeks during January and February. We will be online and (God willing) in person. We know most of our participants will gather online. Monsignor will be with us for the following sessions:
- Discipleship: Tuesday, January 26, 7:00-8:15
- Accompaniment: Tuesday, February 2, 7:00-8:15
- Eucharist: Tuesday, February 9, 7:00-8:15
What a grace it will be to have Monsignor with us. He is a priest of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend. He served as a parish priest, a chaplain, and was assigned to St. Matthew’s Cathedral. He completed his PhD in Patristics, and is now serving at Mount St. Mary’s seminary. He is an excellent preacher, with great pastoral skill. It is a real treat to have him.
Zoom information will follow at a later date. For now, just treat yourself, feed your soul, and join us on Tuesday, January 26th, February 2nd, and February 9th.
